Dear Friends,

It is easy to forget what is most important … 

And, what is most important?

Well, it is not the number of emails we send in a day or the number of likes we get on social media …

There is something more profound calling us.

The external world clamors for our attention: "Pay attention to me! Look at this email, this text message, this funny video!"

And we can find ourselves too busy to stop, tune in, and notice the world inside and around us.

JOIN US FOR A NEW SERIES

So for the month of August, we decided to run a donation-based series to support inner practice … and thought, Why not have all women guest teachers? 

There have been a plethora of men teachers throughout history (and a deep bow to them!) but for this series, here is our schedule:

August 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th at 8am PDT (11am EST)

One of my teachers used to ask, "Are you really so busy you cannot find some time to practice each day?"

I could never find a compelling answer to that question.
